South Park: The Stick of Truth gets Xbox 360 exclusive content

Following Microsoft's trend of paying for early DLC and exclusive content, South Park: The Stick of Truth will be giving some additional love to the Xbox 360.

Shortly after Microsoft's E3 press briefing, the company announced plans with THQ to not only bring DLC early to the Xbox 360, but also an exclusive pre-order item.

South Park: The Stick of Truth will be available on March 5, 2013 on the Xbox 360, PlayStation 3, and PC, but it is the Xbox 360 that will receive additional pre-order bonus content in the form of a "Mysterion Superhero Pack".

South Park: The Stick of Truth: The Mysterion Superhero Pack will not only allow you to suit up as the famous South Park superhero, but grant you the elusive power of Mysterion with the Mysterion Special Attack.  This attack will unleash a deadly combination of stealth and firepower.  It will also include the diabolical switchblade, the Dagger of Cthulhu.  It's the same weapon used to stab and kill Mysterion in the episode "Mysterion Rises".

The South Park love towards Xbox doesn't stop there, however. The companies also announced plans to bring the first three downloadable episode packs for South Park: The Stick of Truth exclusively to the Xbox 360 before the other platforms. These "standalone adventures" feature their own stories, taking you to places in South Park that you've never seen before.

In addition, because everything is better with Kinect, The Stick of Truth will support Kinect voice command allowing you to taunt your enemies and launch attacks with your voice.  Characters will also respond to your voice, so if you call Cartman a "fat ass", he'll respond. During the conference, EA also confirmed Madden NFL 13 and FIFA 13 will get similar voice functionality.
