South Park: The Stick of Truth has finally gone gold

It's taken us forever to get here, but South Park: The Stick of Truth has finally gone gold. That means it's completely finished and has begun shipping to retailers for its March 4th release. That also means that it's really coming — no more delays!

It has certainly been a bumpy ride for The Stick of Truth which first fell victim to THQ's bankrupty before being delayed on multiple occasions. A recent behind-the-scenes video with the show's creators Trey Parker and Matt Stone shed some light on the development of the game.

They say absence makes the heart grow fonder and after waiting for a few years for this game to finally arrive, we are so close. South Park: The Stick of Truth will be available on March 4, 2014 — less than a month away.
