In the wake of Space Hulk Deathwing's Technical Beta, developer Streum On Studio decided to push the release date of Space Hulk Deathwing back by a couple of days to address the feedback received. The developers say that most of the issues reported have been addressed, but that work is still on-going. Some of the things that have been addressed according to an official press release are a "drastic improvement in loading times, optimization of general performance, improvement of interface and menu elements, sound-design changes including character voices, and fix of numerous bugs and nearly all occurrences of crashes."
In the meantime, the developers have sent out a final wave of screenshots for the game as it releases two days from now. Here they are:
Pre-orders for Space Hulk: Deathwing are currently open, and grant the player a bonus in-game weapon, The Lost Mace of Corswain. The game currently has a 15% launch discount and releases on December 14th, 2016.
