Spec Ops: The Line cooperative multiplayer now available for free

Spec Ops: The Line's previously announced cooperative multiplayer content is now available on Xbox 360, PS3, and PC.

The free bonus content features a series of objective-based cooperative multiplayer scenarios designed to complement the provocative single-player narrative campaign. Like the single player, the co-op missions are set in the sandstorm-torn city of Dubai.

There are four fast-paced missions, each with its own unique objectives, environments, and playable characters. The two players must work together and fight through waves of enemies to complete the objectives.

For a game that already has a stellar single player story, I'm anxious to see if these new co-op missions will equally live up to the emotional narrative that Spec Ops: The Line delivers in its campaign.
