Nintendo has announced that the Yoshi Edition 3DS XL will release in the United States on March 14, coinciding with the launch of Yoshi's latest video game, Yoshi's New Island.
Featuring a lime green cover with an image of Yoshi and an egg on the back, the system will cost $199.99. Keep in mind, this price is for the system only as Yoshi's New Island will launch separately for $39.99.
Yoshi's New Island is the next installment in the Yoshi's Island series and is the first to appear on the Nintendo 3DS. In the game, you take control of Yoshi as he carries Baby mario and helps him reunite with his kidnapped brother.
