Last week, rumors began swirling that Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare would require up to 130GB of space on your gaming platform. Turns out that rumor was true, well, mostly.
If you are planning on purchasing a Legacy, Digital Deluxe or Legacy Pro version of the game, you're looking at around 130GB worth of downloading. These versions of the game will have a bigger file size than the standard version thanks to the inclusion of Modern Warfare Remastered and additional maps.
Activision recently updated the Infinite Warfare FAQ to include the amount of room the game will require:
The estimated storage space required for Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare and Call of Duty: Modern Warfare Remastered (Legacy, Digital Deluxe, or Legacy Pro) is a combined 130 GB. This is a high-end estimate, which includes both games, any Day 1 updates, as well as the additional Call of Duty: Modern Warfare Remastered multiplayer maps to be released before Dec. 31, 2016.
Infinite Warfare's predecessor, Black Ops 3, weighed in at nearly 60GB and with the Legacy, Digital Deluxe, or Legacy Pro versions featuring two games… anywhere from 120GB to 130GB sounds about right.
