Spider: Rite of the Shrouded Moon lets arachnaphobes play as a walrus instead

Just need a simple cheat code

The people over at Tiger Style announced today that they are going to have multiple character skins in their upcoming real world adventure game Spider: Rite of the Shrouded Moon. According to the studio, they have received many concerns from arachnaphobes who wish to play the game but can't due to a spider being the main character.

In the release, which is a colorful mix between satire and truth, Tiger Style indicates that one of these skins will be the common Walrus or Odebenus Rosmarus. For anyone who wishes to play as a walrus either out of fun or fear, simply go to the main menu and change your name to "Rosmarus". The effect will take place the next time you boot up the game.

Spider: Rite of the Shrouded Moon is currently available on Ios and will be coming to PS4 and Vtia soon. It is an adventure game which uses your real world location, weather and time of day incorporated into the game. For example, if you are playing the game in the morning while on your way to work on the bus then it will be morning in the game. If it is a rainstorm where you are playing then it willl be raining in the game. As a result, many of the tasks you need to complete can only be completed at certain times of day. You see, the main premiise of Shrouded Moon is to collect bugs. After all, you are a spider. If you are attempting to collect fire flies you best wait unitl it's dark while you are playing as they obviously aren't out in the day time.

All this and more will impact how you play Spider: Rite of the Shrouded Moon when it releases on PS4, Google Play and Vita later this year.
