Square Enix has shifted its E3 2015 press conference back an hour, a move that's undoubtedly in response to Nintendo's recent announcement that its Digital Event would be held at the very same time — 9:00am PDT/12:00pm EDT.
Square Enix will now start its E3 press conference — the first one ever for the company — at 10:00am PDT/1:00pm EDT.

Honestly, I'm not surprised by this in the slightest as Nintendo would've easily dominated the time slot — even without a stage presence at E3. Quite frankly, I'm surprised Square Enix tried to take Nintendo's original slot to begin with. What did they think, that Nintendo would reschedule from the time slot they've had for the past few years?
So just to recap, both events will be held on June 16th, but Nintendo will air first online at 9:00am PDT, followed by Square Enix's stage show (which will also be streamed) at 10:00am PDT.
The big question now is what will they show?
