Kevin Feige just revealed that Stan Lee's next four cameos have already been filmed back to back.
In a recent LA screening of 'Captain America: Civil War', Kevin Feige was asked during the post-show Q&A about his experience filming cameos with Stan "The Man" Lee. Due to Mr. Lee's age (93 years young), getting him back for the next few years of Marvel Cinematic Universe cameos may prove more and more challenging. As a result, Feige has managed to get him to film the next four MCU cameos back to back. When asked if they were just random and interchangeable, Feige had this to say:
We do not shoot random ones. They're always very specific. A couple of months ago in Atlanta, he flew down and we shot four in one day — for four various projects. They're all awesome! They're all totally different. And he was unbelievable. He was on fire. He came in, he sat here, he stood there, he stood in this window, and then he went home.
Stan Lee has always been incredibly supportive of Marvel Studios and is always willing to do what he can to make these projects as memorable as possible. 'Guardians of the Galaxy: Vol. 2' has already wrapped and is currently in post-production, so its likely his cameos were filmed for the other movies on the way like 'Thor: Ragnarok', 'Spider-Man: Homecoming', 'Black Panther', and possibly even 'Avengers: Infinity War'.
