Square Enix finally revealed the North American and European release dates for Star Ocean 5: Integrity and Faithlessness: The game will launch on PS4 June 28 in North America and July 1 in Europe.
Integrity and Faithlessness is the fifth installment in the series and has been out in Japan for a little while, but will come to the rest of the world this summer. A PS3 version will also come out later this month, but not in the Western market.
Even though the game has been out for less than a month, it has already sparked some controversy. One character had her panties changed in fear of what people in the West would think about it, something the Japanese audience wasn't too happy about.
Four different versions are available for pre-order: two for North America and two for Europe. Some of the goodies included in these versions are a sweet steelbook case, an 80-page artbook, official soundtrack, eight exclusive art cards, a Pangalactic Federation ID card, five different in-game items and accessories, and more.
For additional details on the game's different versions, head to the North American and European Square Enix store.
