With the 10-hour trial for Star Wars Battlefront 2 having released, we have been given a look at the controversial loot crates and their prices. on top of that, we got a look at the real-world price for in-game currency.
Star Wars Battlefront 2's initial loot crate implementation drew a lot of criticism from the community and even led to major discussions on whether or not loot crates were appropriate altogether.
Even though EA argued that loot crates have a place in their game because they are offering content that would be stuck behind a Season Pass for free, they still acknowledged fan feedback on the implementation of loot crates in Star Wars Battlefront 2.
With the feedback they received, the developers were able to change the loot crate system to better reflect user wishes.
