Soon after Star Wars: Battlefront released its DLC known as Rogue One: Scarif, it gets added to EA Access, the subscription-based service for EA titles.
It's the normal version of the game (as opposed to premium) and does not include the DLC, but serves as a great way to test out the game to see if the DLC would be worth the purchase. With EA Access covering a substantial list of EA titles and only costing $30 a year, EA access is arguably worth it for even those with an interest in two EA games a year.
For PC players, the same opportunities with EA Access is also available through Origin.
