Star Wars Battlefront’s March Update brings new Map and Mission to PS4, Xbox One and PC today

Star Wars Battlefront has been hit with the March Update, bringing a new map and mission to the game. In the February Update, EA and DICE brought quite a bit to the game – there were new maps, modes, missions, and plenty of tweaks.

Unfortunately, the March update won't be bringing as much to the game, as the patch notes have been detailed to include two things, and only two things: The Survivors of Endor map and the Rebel Depot on Tatooine Mission.

March Update Patch Notes:

  • New Mission: Rebel Depot on Tatooine added as a new Survival Mission.
  • New Map: Survivors of Endor added to Walker Assault, Supremacy, and Turning Point.

The next major update to Battlefront will more than likely be the Outer Rim DLC that EA teased earlier this month, which means unlike the March update – it won't be free. The DLC will bring Greedo and Nien Nunb to the game, as well as three new locations and a new game mode.

The Outer Rim DLC will be available individually or free as part of the game's $50 season pass
