In addition to announcing that the Star Wars Battlefront beta has been extended on the Xbox One, PS4 and PC, DICE has revealed a Season Pass and Ultimate Edition for Battlefront. The Season Pass will cover four expansion packs, the “Shoot First” emote and two-week early access to each expansion pack.
The Season Pass is priced at $49.99 on the Xbox One, PS4 and PC (via Origin) – similar to Battlefield Season Pass prices. As for the Ultimate Edition, it contains everything that the Deluxe Edition (including the game) does – plus the Season Pass for around $120:

Battlefront has no solo campaign, so while the DLC takes us to "new places" recognize they mean new maps. Think of it like this, the pre-order DLC 'Battle of Jakku' features 2 new maps on the planet of Jakku, plus a little background information on what happened at the Battle of Jakku (which precedes the events of Star Wars: The Force Awakens).
We won't know more on what the four pieces of DLC included in the Season Pass will feature until they have been announced.
