Star Wars: The Last Jedi has a scene that plants Rey and Kylo Ren against Praetorian Guards. The scene is already cool to begin with, but when set to Britney Spears’ ‘Toxic’, it’s even more amazing.
The scene does fairly well when run against most tracks, but Toxic just adds a bit of perfection to it. You can check out a clip of the scene set to the song below.

The creator of the thread of music covers has given us other amazing mixes, including Rey and Kylo’s fight scene set to Dua Lipa’s ‘New Rules’, Outkast’s ‘Hey Ya,’ and a ton more. Basically, the entire thread makes it clear that the scene can work with almost any song.
The best part is that Mark Hamill is aware of these covers and director Rian Johnson has been pinged plenty of times in relation to the covers that he likely knows about it as well.
Despite some vocal fans speaking out against The Last Jedi’s direction, The Last Jedi brought in enough money to help Disney break even on their purchase of the Star Wars brand.
