Star Wars: The Last Jedi officially wraps post-production, completing all development on the film

Star Wars: Episode 8 – The Last Jedi is officially complete. Somewhere in the official LucasFilm studio is the final cut of the film millions of people will flock to theatres to see this December. With the wait for the movie entering its final stretch run, Director Rian Johnson took a brief moment to capture the end of post-production on the film with his team via Instagram.

Check it out (Johnson is the one with his face cut off in the front):

In other Star Wars: The Last Jedi news, you can (probably) expect the second trailer for the film to debut on October 9th, during Monday Night Football on ESPN per a now deleted tweet from Mark Hamill. Disney did the same thing with The Force Awakens back in 2015 and makes a ton of sense considering ESPN is owned by The Mouse. Sneaky Disney.

Star Wars: The Last Jedi releases in theatres on December 15th, 2017.
