Star Monkey Gold version launched

STAR MONKEY GOES GOLD!

GUILDFORD 6th September, 2001 – Small
Rockets, the premier developer of wired games, today launched the GOLD version
of its retro-shooter, "Star Monkey".

The gold version features improved support
for the RocketRating(tm)system, with new added online features, as well as
support for 32-bit colour and

more finely-tuned game progression.

Star Monkey is a classic vertically scrolling
shooter rendered in full 3D, featuring six huge stages of alien-bashing action.
There is a range of power-ups available including lasers, homing missiles,
shields and automatic sentry guns, and there are over 50 different types of
alien to fight including enormous bosses to round off each stage.
