Starcraft Facts: It’s not Just a Game, It’s a Lifestyle

With the launch of Blizzard's Starcraft II, millions of gamers have been hitting Battle.net to challenge one another in a heated match of space marines versus aliens and it couldn't be any more awesome. However, for those of you who are new to the franchise and playing it for the first time, did you know that the game has had a profound effect on the gaming industry? From establishing professional leagues in Korea to being used in military training, scary thought to be honest, it's been a huge boon for Blizzard and it doesn't show any signs of slowing down anytime soon. Especially with two more expansions on the horizon for the franchise.
