Stardew Valley is coming to the Nintendo Switch this week, costs $14.99

One of the most beloved indie games of 2016 is finally making its way to Nintendo Switch after a very long wait. Farming sim Stardew Valley will officially launch on the console/portable hybrid on October 5th, 2017 for $14.99.

Fans have been waiting to get their hands on the RPG for many months and have been teased with the promise of a release date announcement since the Switch launched. Just last week we learned that the game had been approved by Nintendo and this morning we got word that a release date would be dropped today.

The wait is nearly over, come this weekend you'll be able to enjoy your farming addiction wherever you go and whenever you want!

Stardew Valley is out now on a number of platforms including Xbox One, PC, and PlayStation 4.
