State of Decay: Year One Survival Edition is now available in retail stores for PC

State of Decay is arguably the most authentic zombie survival experience you can find (at least as much as can be had from a zombie apocalypse). The game has managed to have some incredible staying power over the last few years and even surpassed one million downloads, so it's no surprise that Nordic Games decided to bring the game to retail for PC players. State of Decay: Year One Survival Edition is officially available starting today in physical retail form, starting today and retails for $19.99.

Here's what comes in the retail version per an official press release:

• Premium packaging (clamshell box)
• Game DVD (onetime Steam key redemption required)
• One double-sided A3 poster
• Soundtrack (Audio CD)

• The original State of Decay
• Lifeline Add-On
• Breakdown Add-On

State of Decay 2 was unveiled at E3 2016 this past year and was announced as an Xbox One exclusive, which is only kinda sorta, not really true since the game will also be on PC.
