Stealth-strategy game Invisible, Inc. coming to PS4 next month

Klei Entertainment’s Invisible, Inc. will come to PS4 as soon as April 19, according to a new PlayStation Store listing.

Invisible, Inc. first released via Steam in mid-2015 after a 2014 stay in the platform’s Early Access program. Klei confirmed Invisible’s PS4 release in April 2015, noting that it would be the game’s only console release.

This came as a surprise to some, as Klei Entertainment strongly supported Xbox in the release of its previous title, Don’t Starve. Xbox One saw many Don’t Starve add-ons well before PS4, but Invisible, Inc. will be reserved for PlayStation players.

We were quite taken with Invisible, Inc. when it originally launched on PC. The game’s eclectic mix of turn-based strategy, stealth, roguelike penalties and sci-fi themes captivated our reviewer, who wrote:

“Brutally unforgiving but impeccably designed, Invisible, Inc. brings espionage and roguelike elements together in a package that’s equal parts cruel and beautiful.”

Thanks, Gematsu.
