SteamWorld Dig coming to PS4 and PS Vita in 2014

Bryann Sigurgeirsson, CEO of Image & Form Games, announced on PlayStation Blog that SteamWorld Dig is launching on the PS4 and PS Vita later this year.

Originally released on the 3DS eShop and later on Steam for PC, you play as Rusty — a lone, mining steambot who arrives in a mining town in need of help. You dig your way underground, collecting different minerals, materials and power-ups as you deal with threats and dig deeper.

It's a mining platform adventure, and it's more of a Metroidvania game than a Terraria-like sandbox game.
