Steph Curry will receive max ratings boost in NBA 2K16 to reflect MVP status

After watching his astonishing rise to become NBA's most valuable player, gamers will be able to play with a perfect Steph Curry in NBA 2K16 for 30 hours.

2K Sports and Under Armour have combined to deliver a maxed-out ratings boost for the player, which in effect, makes him the 'greatest shooter in NBA 2K history.'

Unlike the simple editing of Steph Curry that you could do yourself offline, this 99 overall rating will also come into effect online as well.

Steph Curry received his second MVP award on Tuesday and the way he's going, he might be expecting a few more later down the line.

Curry helped the Golden State Warriors secure their first NBA Championship win in 40 years last year, picking up a total of 73 wins this time around. And maybe… just maybe, you will be able to replicate some of his brilliance in 30 hours of playing NBA 2K16.

However, from the promotional video above, it still remains unclear when such changes to Curry's in-game character will be made.
