Surviving in the post-apocalypse is anything but easy, yet some streamer has managed to finish Fallout 4 without taking a single hit or using a stimpak (stims), talk about survival of the fittest.
Veteran survivalist Twitch streamer, T_Ronix, took it upon himself to complete Fallout 4 on a setting that meant that one hit equaled death with a self enforced permadeath on. Basically, getting hit meant that T_Ronix would've had to restart his whole playthrough and to make it even harder he also didn't use any stims either, his mom must have taught him not to drugs.
It took some 30 odd hours for T_Ronix to finish his journey across the wasteland while somehow avoiding getting hit even once. This isn't his first zero death survival playthrough, he has previously conquered permadeath legendary mode in Skyrim, death march difficulty with permadeath in The Witcher 3, and a few other absurdly difficult permadeath or single hit kill runs. His survival skills rival those of Bear Grylls.
In the description of the final episode of his playthrough he wrote "This challenge run here is to show that no hits in Fallout 4 is entirely possible". Though he did die once from a glitched car so T_Ronix will attempt to do the run again with zero deaths from both enemies and glitches.
This is almost even more impressive than those Dark Souls III and DOOM under 90 minutes speedruns. Now we just wait for someone to do a zero death one hit kill run of Fallout 4 in 90 minutes.
