Street Fighter 4 producer resigns from Capcom Vancouver

Yoshinori Ono, long-time producer of the Street Fighter 4 line, today announced his resignation from Capcom Vancouver.

“I resigned from the director position about Capcom Vancouver,” Ono Tweeted. “I had take some time, I think over very carefully about next things,” he added in a later Tweet.

However, the producer isn’t done with Capcom entirely. Ono was appointed corporate officer at Capcom Japan in April, and will continue to work on all current projects under that title. “Only my role for Capcom Vancouver has ended,” he clarified.
