Street Fighter 5 set for San Diego Comic-Con

Street Fighter 5 will appear at this year's Comic-Con in San Diego, promising exciting news as Yoshinori Ono, the game's executive producer, is expected to make an appearance.

The Comic-Con panel has released the following information: "Learn how you can earn big money and everlasting fame by competing in the Capcom Pro Tour, culminating in the Capcom Cup Finals later this year. Plus, get a first look at all the must-have Street Fighter and SF5-licensed products and promotions in store for the rest of the year!"

Japanese giants Capcom is renowned for providing exclusive information and making announcements during Comic-Con in the past, with the upcoming event taking place in San Diego, July 9-12. The Street Fighter 5 panel starts at 11:45 a.m. PDT, July 9th.

Also, Capcom has confirmed that Street Fighter 5 will be exclusive to specific platforms. Their website reads: "The latest chapter of the legendary fighting franchise is exclusive on PS4 and PC. Cross-platform play will unite Street Fighter fans into a centralized player base for the first time ever."
