Street Fighter 2, Ghouls’n Ghosts Hit the App Store

Want to go retro with your iDevice? Then Capcom Aracade Hits is for you. Featuring four classic arcade games, with one new title being added each month, players can now experience Street Fighter II, Ghouls’n Ghosts, 1942 and Commando from the palms of their hands.

Although the application is free to download, the games do incur charges in order to play. Using virtual tokens, players will get three free tickets each day, you can either purchase 10 coins for 99 cents or you can own an entire game for approximately $2.99 USD.

Although the games are based off of their original arcade machines, Capcom has implemented a series of modern features such as achievements that will help you unlock artwork, posters and other bonuses. Capcom will eventually add helper items which will help you modify things such as difficulty settings.
