Back in December we reported on Sumioni: Demon Arts, a PlayStation Vita title that looked pretty neat on account of its Japanese wood block art style. The whole thing reminded me a lot of Okami, which is easily one of my favorite Capcom-published titles. It looks like we now have a price point and release date, courtesy of Siliconera.
Sumioni is set to launch in North America on March 20. The game will be priced at $20, which some may consider a tad on the pricey side for a digital download. Personally, I don't think that's a bad price, especially when you take into account how much more expensive Sumioni is in Japan.
Over in the land of the rising sun, the sylish action platformer is a retail title priced at 5,229 yen. That's about $64. Yeah, 20 clams is a pretty reasonable price when you compare it to $64.
Sumioni definitely looks like a Vita game to watch out for. The game will boast 30 stages, multiple endings, online leaderboards, and alternate routes. Let's hope this is another game in what is already a nice list of solid Vita titles.
