Back in June we heard that PlayStation 4 and Vita were about to get extra meaty, in a way that the Playstation 3 hadn't known – Super Meat Boy was coming! No release date was set at the time, but Team Meat used the announcement to reveal that they had been lamenting over the fact that PlayStation 3 users never experienced the glory that is Super Meat Boy.
The absence of Super Meat Boy was likely do to Team Meat's contract with Xbox, but that's all in the past.
"We actually never ever EVER thought this day would come and it makes us both so happy that it's finally here! We know this has been a long time coming but better late than never," said Team Meat's co-founder Tommy Refenes.
Well, it's finally happening – Team Meat is coming to the PS4 and Vita on October 6th.
