Just a few minutes into the Super Smash Bros. themed Nintendo Direct, and Masahiro Sakurai himself has already revealed launch windows for both Super Smash Bros. titles. That's right, only launch windows and not any specific release date.
What will surprise many is that the 3DS version will actually come out first, and is scheduled to release in Summer 2014, while the Nintendo Wii U version is scheduled to come out in Winter 2014.
Even though no specific dates were given, I'm sure fans are super excited to know that both Smash titles will be out this year.
