Super-Ego Games to Deliver Innovative
Next-Generation Gaming Experience

Company to Revitalize Games Industry Through
Character-driven Gameplay and Unique Approach to Interactive Narrative

Super-Ego Games today announced it has formally
entered the next-generation arena, with plans to redefine the videogame industry
through distinct and innovative titles focusing on rich, character-driven
storylines. Super-Ego Games is led by a tight-knit group of successful
entrepreneurs with decades of experience in the videogame, media and high-tech
entertainment industries. The company was founded on the principle of creating
“games with character,” with plans to roll out a major IP title in fall of 2007
to reinforce and support its mission.

Run by Bob Welch, Greg Easley and Bo Lasater,
Super-Ego Games will create innovative next-generation products brimming with
vivid characters and interesting stories. This new character-driven approach to
game design is the driving force behind Super-Ego Games. The team has developed
a proprietary engine that will mold carefully crafted storylines and character
interactions for next-generation consoles and high-end PCs. Super-Ego’s
technology also expedites the creation of web and television content.

“We want our products to extend the reach of
interactive entertainment beyond the core gamer and into the mainstream,” says
Bob Welch, CEO and Executive Producer, Super-Ego Games. “Our goal is to create
games with engaging characters and storylines that appeal to mass audiences,
while taking advantage of next-gen technology. We know, and our market research
has proven, that both casual game players and traditional gamers are looking for
something new, accessible and enjoyable.”

Bob Welch, C.E.O. of Super-Ego Games, brings over
20 years of experience in the videogame industry working at high profile
electronic gaming companies including Atari , Infogrames, Hasbro Interactive and
Parker Brothers. While at Atari, Welch was Executive Producer in the strategy
game business, where he was responsible for franchises that generated $250
million in revenue for the company. Welch worked on critically acclaimed titles
such as Rollercoaster Tycoon 3, Act of War, Sid Meier’s Pirates, Civilization,
Risk, Atari Anthology and more. While at Hasbro Interactive, Welch was Director
of Business Development and later became Creative Director, working on numerous
licenses including Zapper, Axis and Allies, Atari PurePlay, Clue and others.
Welch’s credits also include Bop It from Parker Brothers, which has sold over 20
million units to date. Welch received a BFA in Industrial Design from
Massachusetts College of Art.

Greg Easley, co-founder and President of Super
Ego Games, has over 12 years experience in the videogame business. In 1996,
Easley founded Bottle Rocket, a pioneering game developer that designed online
products for clients including ESPN, HBO, Major League Baseball, Electronic Arts
and MTV. After five years and over 100 successful game releases, Easley sold
Bottle Rocket to digital television company ACTV, where he stayed on for a year
to oversee operations. In 2001, Easley met Bo Lasater and began Super-Ego Games.
Easley graduated from the University of Virginia with high distinction and spent
two additional years in the Modern Studies graduate program there.

Prior to meeting Easley and forming Super-Ego
Games, Bo Lasater worked in game development and the high tech arena. At
multi-media developer Morgan Interactive, Lasater worked as a designer and
programmer and oversaw strategic initiatives in outsourcing and new art and
animation techniques. Lasater then helped found online systems integrator Fort
Point Partners where he worked with high profile companies such as Estee Lauder,
ETRADE, Hewlett-Packard and J.Crew. In 1999, he helped found his second company,
Totality, an application and infrastructure management system with clients such
as Best Buy, American Airlines and Martha Stewart. Lasater graduated from
Princeton University and later received a Masters in Computer Science and an MBA
from Rice University.

Super-Ego Games will be making additional
announcements in coming weeks.
