Yoshinori Ono has officially announced that Super Street Fighter IV: Arcade Edition will receive a balance update. The development team is hard at work on changes to the game that will be ready by fall or perhaps winter at the latest.
The good news is that this update for the PS3 and Xbox 360 will be free of charge. This patch comes after massive complaints of the community due to new character Yun simply being too powerful, having too many corner combos, and far too many options with his super during matches. Many characters also recieved undue nerfs with the release of Arcade Edition, so it’s good to see Capcom listening to the community and making changes where they need to.
