Switchblade Monkeys is giving Secret Ponchos players an extra Steam key

Celebrating the Early Access launch of Secret Ponchos on Steam, developer Switchblade Monkeys is rewarding every owner of the game with a free Steam code to give to a friend, or an enemy you want to shoot in the face.

Dubbed the "Double Down" promotion, all purchases of Secret Ponchos prior to August 5th will include an additional Steam code to unlock Early Access now and the full game at launch.

"It has only been five weeks since we launched on Early Access," said Creative Director Yousuf Mapara, "but the community of players has been absolutely amazing. This our way of thanking everyone for supporting us as we continue to polish Secret Ponchos and add new features."

For those unfamiliar, Secret Ponchos is a fast-paced, competitive multiplayer game featuring all-out PvP in the American Wild West. Because, you know, that's pretty much all the Wild West was about anyway. The game currently features four-player shootouts (soon to be eight-player), a customizable cast of outlaws, and a unique line-of-sight combat feature.
Secret Ponchos is out now on Steam Early Access and is coming to PS4 this fall.
