A modder has brought Grand Theft Auto 5's Los Santos to the ocean floor, but for those of you who dig land-life you have options and they don't include making a deal with an octopus woman. If living in a drowned Los Santos isn't your thing you can remove all of the water (going for some California realism here).
The mod has a ton of options and is constantly growing with new features like experimental "crazy" waves, various sea life spawns and more. The Tsunami portion of the mod is actually pretty creepy.

You can download the mod here, please recognize that modding is a risk in and of itself. Taking mods into online gameplay will result in a ban from Rockstar, but modding your Story Mode is just fine though.
