Japanese studio Team Ninja is working on its first game for the PlayStation 4, team leader Yosuke Hayashi teased today.
“Additionally, we’re also developing a PlayStation 4 title internally, so please look forward to future updates," he told Dengeki Online (as translated by Gematsu).
The developer's upcoming hack-n-slash title Yaiba: Ninja Gaiden Z — a zombie meets ninja game — is headed to PC, PlayStation 3, and Xbox 360 on March 18.
Back in December, Hayashi teased the next Ninja Gaiden game, saying, "As we’ve talked about Yaiba, there have been some Ninja Gaiden fans who have said Yaiba’s not the hardcore action game that they’re looking for.
"To those people I say this: Team Ninja is thinking of the next Ninja Gaiden."
