Techland teases even more new content for Dying Light

Since its release six months ago, Dying Light has seen a tremendous amount of add-on content released — as both a mix of paid-for and free DLC. Celebrating the game's sixth month anniversary, Techland has released a new video showcasing "180 Days of Content."

There's more to the video than just looking back at the old though. Techland has some more surprises in store for fans, and they even teased one of them towards the end of the video as two characters are seen next to a dune buggy vehicle.

This is just a teaser though. Techland has plans to show off Dying Light's new DLC behind closed doors at Gamescome 2015, "with the big public reveal soon after that."

“We’re really excited to finally be able to show this major project we’ve been secretly working on since the release of the game," said Dying Light producer Tymon Smektala. "This is Dying Light from totally new angle, but with everything fans love about the original still at the core.”

It'll be interesting to see what this new DLC brings to the parkour-infused zombie survival game, which has been a hit with fans since its release. Expect to hear more news about Dying Light's new content and features during Gamecom in August.

We recently had the opportunity to talk with Smektala about Dying Light, who previously teased this big announcement. Check out our full interview with the game's producer here.
