Telltale releases third Game of Thrones teaser

Telltale Games has shared a third teaser for its upcoming Game of Thrones series. Similar to the previous two, in comes in the form of a single image featuring a quote from one of the books in George R.R. Martin's A Song of Ice and Fire series and a simplistic graphic.

Today's image reads: "There's squids in the Wolfswood, and flayed men ride the Kingsroad." It's a line from A Storm of Swords, the fourth book in the series. The image depicts the torture device that Ramsay Snow strapped Theon Greyjoy to when he captured and flayed him.

At this point, I have no idea what all of these teasers are alluding to. Although I watch the Game of Thrones HBO show, I'm not entirely too familiar with the series of books. All we know for certain is that Telltale's video game adaptation will not be a prequel, and that series creator George R.R. Martin's personal assistant is helping consult with the story.

Even though details are scarce, Telltale maintains that their Game of Thrones series will debut later this year.
