TERA: Rising's upcoming battleground, Corsairs' Stronghold, is set to go live on July 2nd, En Masse Entertainment announced today. Staying true to TERA's action combat roots, the battleground pits two 20-player teams against each other.
One team is given an arsenal of weapons and war machines to attack the stronghold defended by the other team. Items available include battle tanks, airships, cannons, and siege ladders. The tables will then turn as the teams switch roles. Gear will be equalized to level the playing field and any player can enter the battleground starting at level 30.
The Corsairs' Stronghold will make its debut as part of a new patch in TERA: Rising on July 2nd. Current players have the option to download this content early. The patch also contains the framework for future content and features that will roll out later this summer including the anticipated Alliance system and new raid dungeons that will be talked of more in the future.
