I apologize for the Top Gun reference, but I'm sure there will be plenty more as we get closer to the release of World of Warplanes. Wargaming.net, the developers of hit free-to-play game World of Tanks, has released a new teaser trailer for their other upcoming game World of Warplanes — a flight combat MMO action game set in the Golden Age of military aviation. The game continues the armored warfare theme, letting you pilot aircrafts from several key eras, starting from the 1930's with biplanes and up to the Korean War jet fighters.
The trailer was created to garner some attention at Igromar, a yearly games conference held at the Krokus Expo Center in Moscow. The trailer depicts the heartpounding low altitude pursuits, heavy fire, and fast-paced dogfights you can come to expect in World of Warplanes. In the video you'll see a few good ol' fashion, action-packed, plane on plane dogfights.
