The Banner Saga announced for Vita

Stoic's Viking-themed strategy role-playing game, The Banner Saga, was announced for the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One last week, by Publisher Versus Evil. The game is set to make its console debut on January 12th, after releasing on the PC in January 2014.

According to PlayStation's Director of Third Party Production, Gio Corsi, The Banner Saga will also be making a release on the PlayStation Vita. Details on whether the game will release alongside the PS4 and Xbox One version have not been revealed, however Corsi noted that more news would come in 2016.

There you have it Vita owners, Sony has stepped in to make sure that Versus Evil and Stoic bring The Banner Saga to the Vita.
