The Bear and the Burglar come to Divinity: Original Sin as first DLC

Larian Studios has been working hard since Divinity: Original Sin's release. They've been doing everything they can to bring all of the community's requests to life in the game.

A move towards making all there hard work pay off comes in the form of The Bear and The Burglar. This is Original Sin's first DLC and it's free! The DLC brings two new companions:

• The Bear – Bairdotr: "Armed with her bow on her back and her claws at the ready, Bairdotr refuses to fail: She must navigate your world– a world of wonder and mysteries both fantastic and terrible– if she's to save Homeforest. The druid of the forest has been kidnapped, and Bairdotr must follow a scant trail of clues if she's to bring him back– clues that take her to the very heart of Rivellon's Source conspiracy."
• The Burglar – Wolgraff: "Dark Sorcery deprived Wolgraff of his voice when he was but a kid, and with it his dream of becoming a Source Hunter. Refused by the Order, he grew up to become a rogue, stealing from the rich and giving to… just himself actually. His is a world of silence, but if need be he lets his dagger do the talking for him."

The Bear and The Burglar DLC also brings the ability to listen in to dialogue from other players during multiplayer and a new 'gross' butt scratch sound for Orcs. There's a lot more that comes with the DLC – like a patch (link takes you to the patch notes).

Heads up: Larian Studios is working on a new game in tandem with a Linux and controller supported Original Sin! They won't be crowd-sourcing it on Kickstarter this time though, so keep an eye out!
