The Division beta dates confirmed, Xbox users get in a day early

Ubisoft has finally confirmed the release dates for Tom Clancy's The Division beta later this month. Xbox users will get in a day early beginning on January 28th and last four days through the 31st. Both PC and PS4 players will need to wait an extra day as their access begins on the 29th.

There is no word on what content will be included in the beta or whether it will be just multiplayer, single player or a combination of both. In order to be eligible, you will need to preorder the game to get access. If you haven't done so already, there is still time to get in on the fun. Those who do pre-order the game will receive a digital code that can be redeemed on your console or via the official game site.

We'll try and get more information on what's included prior to the start of the beta and we'll let you know.
