Ubisoft hasn't said much about about when we can expect The Division's DLC, but they have detailed the entire contents of the Season Pass and have made it clear that there will be free DLC for the game.
Details like when the DLC will release and just how long the content will be exclusive to the Xbox One have remained in the dark.
An email from Ubisoft's game distributing platform, UPlay, has suggested that Season Pass content will be made available starting July 27th, 2016 — at least for PC players.
Revealed by Redditor Reinaldons, the email in question:
Translation: Thank you for buying in Ubisoft Entertainment Brazil. The release date of the pre-order product has changed. The product listed below will be available on July 27, 2016.
Without word from Ubisoft, we can't call this release date official. We will keep you updated as information is revealed, until then, have fun in next week's open beta.
