It's been a while since I was this excited for a new JRPG. Much of that excitement lies purely because of the unique visual style it's going for. Time and Eternity is the first, completely hand drawn and animated game to grace the PS3. Games like Naruto Ultimate Ninja Storm has certainly done their best to emulate the look of the Anime series, but Time and Eternity isn't emulating anything, it simply is Anime, only wrapped in an awesome JRPG box.
This latest trailer gives us an extended taste of what the battle mechanics will look and play like. From what it looks like, combat takes place in real-time, with button prompts for various special attacks, and dodges.
Time and Eternity is slated to release this Summer, exclusively on the PS3, and trust me, you don't want to miss out on this one.
