With The Game Awards airing tonight, Xbox has put out a pretty big flash sale that will last throughout the weekend. They will also continue the event that began last year which lets you use your controller choose the game you think should win.
Just as last year, you will pick the game you think will win. You will get points based on correct answers and there will be a revolving leaderboard showing the top 10 gamertags on a changing basis each question. At the end of the event, Microsoft noted that the winning gamertag will be announced on the air as part of the broadcast. Now, use your imagination here and let's hope, for our enjoyment, that some crazy gamertag doesn't win. On the other hand, it would be pretty funny to see Major Nelson try and announce one like that, right?
In addition to the predict the winner contest, there is also a huge flash sale going on through the weekend wth some big discounts. Brand new games discounted by 33-40% including DLC, and of course it's only digital purchases through Xbox Live.
