The Last Jedi to be the longest Star Wars film yet

Minus the fluff.

We finally know how long the upcoming Star Wars movie will be! According to director Rian Johnson, Star Wars: The Last Jedi will be the longest film in the franchise with a 150-minute long movie, including credits. This puts The Last Jedi in the lead by 10 minutes.

Star Wars: Revenge of the Sith was the longest film in the franchise, up until The Last Jedi, with a runtime of 140 minutes. The Force Awakens tried its best to be a longer Star Wars film but came in at 124 minutes.  The Last Jedi is set to hit theaters on December 15th.
