Next month, the gaming world will get hit with multiple announcements from the biggest names in gaming. While Nintendo holds off from holding a conference at E3, they typically have a couple of announcements to share during a special E3 Nintendo Direct.
This year, Nintendo won't be doing much other than talking about The Legend of Zelda. The game had been surrounded by rumors until recently. Nintendo officially announced that the previously Wii U exclusive game has been delayed until the release of the NX in March.
For the first time since its reveal, the Nintendo store in New York will allow gamers to test out The Legend of Zelda.
Unfortunately, not everyone who shows up on the days its playable will get to play. Only 500 people will be lucky enough to play the game and to be one of those people you'll have to line up outside of the Nintendo store on June 11th for the Super-Fan Signup Day.
The first 500 people in that line will get a wristband that will be ecchanged for a ticket that will allow them to attend the Nintendo event between Junth 14th to 19th.
What's happening on those dates at Nintendo NY? Here's the schedule:
- June 14th (12PM to 3AM): Nintendo Treehouse: Live screening from E3
- June 14th (3PM to 8PM): hands-on experience for fans with appointments
- June 15th-19th (Nintendo NY store hours): hands-on experience for fans with appointments)
- June 15th-19th (Nintendo NY store hours): guided game-play presentations with Nintendo experts and trivia
Yep, you can go ahead and cry about not living in New York now.
