About two weeks ago we heard that the UK is getting an exclusive pre-order item for The Legend of Zelda: Majora's Mask 3D. The paperweight (which is the special item for the UK) is coming with the standard edition's pre-order. So, what does the US Zelda fan get? A Limited Edition and so far, no pre-order bonus.
The Limited Edition of Majora's Mask 3D will not show you the crushing weight of the moon, but instead the character that terrorizes you — the Skull Kid.
It's arguable, whether or not you first meet Skull Kid in Majora's Mask or Ocarina of Time, but there's one thing we can agree on…He's a pain in the butt in Majora's Mask (but there's no game without him). Skull Kid will be incorporated into the Limited Edition bundle as a collectible figurine. The size and a depiction of the figurine weren't made available, but you can check out the box it comes in on the upper right of this article.
The Standard Edition of The Legend of Zelda: Majora's Mask 3D will hit the 3DS for $39.99 and the Limited Edition will cost $49.99. No release date has been revealed as of yet.
