It's becoming more and more typical to see extra items attached to game pre-orders, it's almost becoming an industry standard and The Legend of Zelda: Majora's Mask 3D is officially a part of the incentives program.
Luckily enough, you don't have to spend more to get the pre-order bonus — the words "Deluxe Edition," "Special Edition" and "Collector's Edition" are not attached to the pre-order in any way, this incentive is for the Standard Edition.
The bonus itself is a Majora's Mask themed paperweight and it is limited to the UK and Game (a UK retailer). If you pre-ordered a physical copy of Majora's Mask 3D through the retailer before the bonus was announced, don't worry, you're getting the paperweight. Unfortunately, if you preordered the Special Edition you won't be getting the bonus item.
