The Nintendo Switch Arcade Archive will have Neo-Geo games

When the Switch launches this March 3rd, it will do so with five games. One of the games that did not make the launch cut but will launch a couple weeks later is the Arcade Archive. Even though we don't have an exact release date yet, developer Hamster Corp has confirmed games that will be in it.

As mentioned on Famitsu, the game will launch with King of Fighters 98' and four other games at launch with others added in afterward. Those other launch games are Metal Slug 3, Waku Waku 7, Shocktroopers and World Heroes Perfect. There will also be adjustable difficulty levels and leaderboards for worldwide comparison of just how good your vintage gaming skills are. If you're really vintage, you can even set the graphics back to that resembling an old CRT television.

Hamster Corp stated that these five games will be available at launch and new games will be added each week. Other exciting news is that it will only cost 823 Yen, which equates to about $7 USD so it's a great price right off the bat.
